Mya Tiger’s menu gives a heavy nod to Chinese classics with snacks such as five-spice ribs and cumin lamb spring rolls. Raw snapper is given an umami-rich, smoked-soy and truffle treatment, while our bao and dumpling menu features staples such as pork and chili wontons and crispy chicken bao. Larger dishes include pork char-siu, steamed fish with green chilli and sea parsley, beef rib noodles, and roast duck.
Our wine lists are built around the flavours of Cantonese cooking, offering a number of options by the glass, and by the bottle you’ll find a mix of local and New Zealand producers along with classic internationals: German Riesling and malbec from Argentina. Mya Tiger cocktails give you a subtle, but suitable twist on classics like Kaffir Lime Margarita & an Espresso Martini made with an oolong tea infusion.
