Celebrate Mother’s Day at Mya Tiger with a special shared banquet designed to spoil Mum.

The menu features a selection of premium dishes including fresh shucked oysters with ginger yuzu soy and raw Ora King salmon with X.O. mayo and spiced sesame, alongside a vibrant Shandong chicken salad.

Guests will enjoy indulgent favourites such as slipper lobster and prawn toast, red braised corn fed duck spring rolls with fig hoisin, and truffle pork and prawn sui mai with fermented chilli soy.
The feast continues with pan fried barramundi served with pickled mustard greens and kelp soy, Chinese broccoli with ginger sauce, and jasmine rice, finishing with a comforting five spice date pudding with star anise caramel.

It is a memorable way to gather the family and celebrate Mum with a generous and flavour packed feast.
